Delivery
We want you to receive your signage in perfect condition, so we ship out by Royal Mail or Courier (as appropriate) as soon as they are ready. Rest assured your signs will be securely packaged and delivered to you safely, but in the rare occurence that they do arrived damaged, please get in touch. There is more information on the Terms & Conditions page about returns and refunds.
P&P Costs How do I pay for my order?
Small items such as vinyl cut names, logos and websites for car window advertising etc, are sent first class (standard) by Royal Mail and this costs from as little as £1.00!
Individual P&P prices apply, please see sign products advertised for details.
Your order will be sent to you in a secure cardboard mailer/tube.
Larger items, such as blackboard panels, will be sent by courier. As we do not want to overcharge our customer, we make sure that the correct P&P charge is worked out based on the weight of your order.
Minimum P&P charge for a heavy order would be £8.00.
Maximum P&P charge would be £15.00.
Our courier aims to deliver within two working days of the order being dispatched.
We will send you an email with the quote for the work and a price for the postage. Once we receive confirmation from you that you are happy with the quote, we will send you an invoice from Paypal to pay for your order, and once this is received and cleared, we will start work immediately on your signage.
